Who owns the resulting formulation?⌄
Agreed in writing before work begins. Both customer-owned and Vola-owned models are used.
How is this different from Product Customisation?⌄
R&D starts from a blank brief. Customisation adjusts a product that already exists.
Can you develop to a sustainability target?⌄
Yes. Lower-hazard raw materials, VOC reduction and coverage per litre can all be brief constraints.
