Aero Trigger
A trigger handle that clips onto an aerosol can, replacing finger pressure on the cap with a full hand grip. Two steps to application: fit the trigger, then spray. It gives better control for precision work and takes the repetitive strain out of extended aerosol use.

Hoses
The link between canister and gun.
Braided and rubber hose assemblies in 4m and 8m lengths, with stainless steel, black rubber and polyurethane compatible options. Valved variants let you isolate the canister without breaking the line.
4M Black Rubber
A rubber-coated spray hose built for sustained industrial use. It stays flexible in service and resists the wear that shortens hose life. At 4m it suits work close to the canister.
8m Black Rubber
The same rubber-coated construction in an 8m length, holding its flexibility and durability under daily industrial use. The extra reach covers most application distances without repositioning the canister.
4m Stainless Steel Braided
A premium moisture-block hose corrugated with stainless steel for added durability, developed for crosslinking contact adhesives. At 4m it suits work close to the canister.
8m Stainless Steel Braided
The same stainless steel corrugated moisture-block construction in an 8m length, developed for crosslinking contact adhesives. The extra reach covers wider working areas from a single canister position.
4m Stainless Steel Braided C/W Valve
A stainless steel braided hose with an integral valve, for applications demanding higher durability and strength. The valve isolates the canister without breaking the line, so the assembly can be shut off between runs.
4m PU MB/HT
A polyurethane moisture-block, high-temperature hose specified where the chemistry or the working environment demands it. Built to hold its performance through sustained industrial use.

Gun Tips
Set the pattern, control the film.
Interchangeable UniJet® and Lechler tips covering fan width, output rate and material compatibility. Changing the tip changes the spray pattern without changing the gun.
UniJet® 8001 Brass
A wide, fast-application tip for covering area quickly where high volume is not a constraint. Recommended with the long-wand gun, and equally suited to a professional spray gun.
UniJet® 6501 Stainless Steel
A narrow fan spray for precision work on smaller surfaces, and well suited to pebble and web spray patterns. Compatible with most products and applications.
UniJet® 4001 Tip Stainless Steel
A narrow spray pattern for bonding small components, suited to fine pebble and mist sprays where added precision is required. Fits almost any canister.
Lechler 652.245.30 Brass
A premium brass tip developed for zero-flam (non-flammable) and mist spray products. Specified where those chemistries require a matched tip.
UniJet® 9501 Brass
A multipurpose tip giving a wide fan spray, suited to pebble and web patterns. Works with all guns, and the pattern can be narrowed on guns with width adjustment.
UniJet® Q-Tip
An extreme wide spray pattern for high-build web spray applications, typically used in insulation and fabric bonding where spread patterns over 700mm are required.

Rollers

Trolleys

Wheeled canister trolleys that keep the adhesive supply alongside the operator, so a run is not interrupted to reposition the canister.
Quin M510-22 Canister Trolley
A wheeled trolley for the 22L canister, for shop and large field work where the adhesive supply has to move with the operator. It makes transport and use of the large canister straightforward on site.
